The OurominasApp is Ourominas’s official application for buying, selling and redeeming gold as a financial asset entirely online, directly from your phone. Transactions take place in a secure environment and under the established conditions.

After creating your account and completing registration, you can buy, sell and redeem gold as a financial asset through the application. You can monitor your investment directly on the platform, conveniently and securely.

The OurominasApp is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, subject to registration, submission of the requested documents and approval of the registration review.

Minors cannot create their own account; any use must be carried out by their legal representative.

Simply download the OurominasApp, complete your registration details, submit the requested documents and wait for your registration to be validated under the applicable procedures.

During registration, identification documents and proof of address will be requested to validate the account, in accordance with identification and security procedures.

No. Access to the application is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and must never share it with third parties. Ourominas does not request passwords by phone, WhatsApp, email or any other channel.

After your registration is approved, open the application, enter the desired amount or quantity and confirm the transaction under the conditions available at the time of purchase.

You can start investing from 0.50 gram of gold or the equivalent amount in Brazilian reais. Because the gold quote varies, the minimum investment in Brazilian reais may also change.

Before confirming the purchase, the application will show the amount of gold acquired, the quote applied and the total transaction value.

No. You can invest in fractions of gold without having to purchase a complete bar.

The value follows the gold quote used in Ourominas transactions and may vary according to market conditions. The price may therefore change throughout the day.

The OurominasApp allows daily transactions, subject to the platform’s operational availability and the rules established for trading.

The application allows sales under the operating conditions and rules established for the service. Check the application to confirm whether the transaction is available at the desired time.

The proceeds from a sale are transferred to the checking account registered in the application and held in your name. For security and regulatory reasons, we do not make payments to third-party accounts or corporate accounts when the transaction belongs to an individual.

Before selling, make sure your bank details are correct and up to date.

Yes. You can request physical redemption when your vault balance is equal to or greater than 50 grams of gold.

Collection can take place at the company-designated headquarters in São Paulo, or the gold can be shipped by insured mail to your registered address. For shipping, freight is calculated according to the destination. Collection and delivery are subject to the times and operating conditions stated in the official Terms of Use.

Yes. The balance displayed in the application corresponds to the gold acquired by you as a financial asset. Under the Terms of Use, the metal is transferred and kept securely until you request a sale or, when the applicable conditions are met, physical redemption.

Buying a fractional amount does not mean that a specific bar will be set aside in your name; your position is recorded by the weight of gold held securely. Review the official Terms of Use.

The gold acquired is held by a specialized company until you request a sale or physical redemption, subject to the applicable conditions. Your balance remains recorded in the application and is updated as transactions are completed.

We process your data in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and adopt technical and administrative measures to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse. These measures include access controls, authentication mechanisms, connection logs, and incident prevention and response procedures.

Security also depends on you: keep your password confidential, protect your email account and phone, and use the latest version of the application. We never request your password by phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS.

We also recommend changing the password for the application and the email account linked to it. If your phone is lost or stolen, you notice an unknown transaction or suspect fraud, notify us so that we can analyze the incident and, when necessary, restrict access. We do not charge an account maintenance fee or a safekeeping fee to hold your gold. If you request physical redemption with postal delivery, freight and insurance will be charged and disclosed when you make the request.

No. All conditions applicable to a transaction must be presented to the customer before confirmation, ensuring transparency.

Yes. Like any investment, gold is subject to market fluctuations and its price may vary over time.

Yes. Gold quotes fluctuate according to economic factors and conditions in domestic and international markets.

No. Investing in gold does not guarantee a return. Results depend on changes in the asset’s quote.
